Time that commission is payable

To what extent is commission payable on orders on the cut-off date?

– Different payment methods

Credit card, instant transfer, EPS and PayPal:
orders that we receive by 11:59 p.m. will be taken into consideration (provided that the order has been fully finalised).

Cash payment and/or ATM payments if products are collected directly from the Fresh Factory:
purchases for which payment is made by 6:00 p.m. will be taken into account.

Orders against invoice or prepayment:

in general, insofar as the payment has been booked to our account on the cut-off date.
In this connection, please always bear bank transfer times in mind (1–3 working days).

Please also check before each invoice whether your preferred type of invoice (Classic or, during the first 3 invoice months, Me Bonus) has been saved. You can check the setting in My Data – Partner Settings, and modify it if necessary. And please don’t forget to finalise your changes by clicking on Save.
